We regularly offer training on dealing with female genital mutilation to different occupational sectors:
  • medical sector: doctors, nurses, midwives, psychiatrists, etc.
  • social sector: social workers, youth workers, psychologists, etc.
  • legal sector: magistrates, judges, lawyers, police, etc.
  • childcare sector: paediatric nurses, youth workers, teachers, etc.
These training sessions are requested by the institutions or are offered by GAMS Belgium in an attempt to cover all the professions that have contact with our target public.
